Gertrude Hawk Chocolates has been crafting delicious quality chocolates since 1936, when its namesake began making chocolates during the Great Depression. In the 85+ years since, the business has expanded from the family kitchen to 31 locations throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
It has maintained its reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation within the chocolate industry and with customers while remaining a family business now into its fourth generation. Through its family foundation, the company has also been able to support local schools, community, and non-profit organizations to help better its community.
